By submitting a song or placing an order with Soniqueedits you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the service
Soniqueedits promotes music by creating content and publishing it on our TikTok accounts, according to the package you choose. You must provide accurate information when submitting an order.
2. Payments
Prices are shown on the website before you order. Work on an order starts only after payment has been confirmed.
3. Artist responsibilities
You are responsible for the song, links, files and information you submit, and for making sure they are accurate and lawful.
4. Content and rights
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the song and all materials you submit. You allow Soniqueedits to use them to create and publish promotional content on the accounts included in your package. Published posts may remain on our accounts after the campaign ends.
5. Promotion requirements
We decide the final creative format of each post. Preferred song sections and instructions are taken into account where possible, but cannot always be followed exactly.
6. No guaranteed results
Soniqueedits does not guarantee any specific number of views, likes, comments, shares, followers, streams or other engagement. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may request a cancellation before your content has been published by contacting us. If we decline your submission, the payment will be refunded. Once content has been published, the order cannot be refunded.
8. Right to reject content
We may reject any submission that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or does not fit our accounts.
9. Service limitations
The service depends on third-party platforms such as TikTok. We are not responsible for changes, outages, removals or restrictions made by those platforms. The website is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
